Yes, you can create Payment Link from a social media app. At the moment, the only supported social media app is WhatsApp. 

In order for you to create Payment Link from WhatsApp, please ensure that

  1. You have registered a DOKU Business Account
  2. Your WhatsApp number is registered to your DOKU Business Account
